Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I need to order?
We require at least 48 hours notice for all catering orders. This allows us to buy fresh ingredients and prepare your large trays. For very large events like weddings, please contact us 2 weeks in advance.
Do you have a minimum order size?
Yes. Since we are a catering-only kitchen, we have a minimum order value of $50. We do not sell single plates or individual lunch bowls.
Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver to Springfield, MA and most towns in Western Massachusetts. Delivery fees vary based on your distance from our kitchen. You will see the delivery cost when you enter your address at checkout.
Is the food spicy?
Our food is cooked with authentic West African spices. Some dishes like Jollof Rice and Suya have a kick to them. If you need mild food for your group, please write a note in your order or call us before booking.
Do you provide servers or setup?
Our standard catering service is drop-off only. We deliver the food in aluminum trays ready to serve. If you need full service with staff for a wedding or large event, please contact us directly to discuss a custom package.
